  Forgotten Pollinators Overview

The Forgotten Pollinators Campaign calls international attention to the critical role pollination plays in putting food on our plates, and in maintaining healthy wild communities around the globe. The campaign informs scientists, conservationists, growers and the public about the animals that pollinate economically important crops and rare plants. We work to call attention to the threats faced by many populations of wild and managed bees, butterflies, moths, bats and other pollinators.

One in every three bites of food we eat is made possible by a bee or other pollinator.
